The great Breville adventure

This my friends is a Breville sandwich maker, I cant find mine, so how will I make myself a toasted sandwich!

*dilemma*

So how else can I make one, well what else gets very hot, an iron of course!

Lets get the basic Breville ingredients ready, bread, cheese,

and the iron

Look here I am ready to iron

Thought I'd best slice the cheese thinly, didnt want a cheese explosion.

Ws a bit too thin though had to cover a hole with another bit

Get the iron on, fire it up to full heat

At this point I attempted to iron the bread, it failed, the bread stuck to the iron

*disaster*

I did take a photo but its vanished off the camera

So I decided to improvise

I used a piece of paper over the bread

Ooooooooh its starting to go brown!

Lets turn it over and do the other side..

Woohoo got the other side brown too

Its a bit flat but its brown on both sides!

Fook me it worked!!!!

Now for the taste test, need a willing volunteer to try it
